We’re excited to welcome you back to our first in-person PTA General Association Meeting since COVID. This event will include a Principal’s Update, an overview of upcoming PTA events and programs, and a vote on funding approvals.
For your convenience, we’ve planned a fun Puppet and Magic Show for the kids, with volunteer supervision, running in parallel to the meeting.
Event Schedule:
- 6:00pm – 6:30pm: Welcome! Enjoy pizza, snacks, and beverages before the meeting.
- 6:30pm – 7:30pm: General Association Meeting (MP Room). At the same time, children will enjoy their own program in the Library.
- 7:30pm – 8:00pm: Post-meeting social time.
Important Details: To help us plan for food and allocate appropriate space for each part of the event, please sign up by September 23. Once the sign-up is complete, we’ll confirm where each event will be held (e.g., MP Room, Library).
While the student program is open to all, capacity is limited. Priority will be given to families attending the PTA meeting.
