From Last Week

Palo Verde PTA is partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties to bring hope, relief and security to our neighbors struggling with hunger. Your support allows Second Harvest to continue to provide for the 1 in 10 people in Santa Clara and San Mateo County that are served each month. Now is the time to take action!

From Monday, Nov 17 to Monday, Thursday 18, our Food and Fund Drive will help the Food Bank meet more of the growing need in our community.   Drop off non-perishable food donations in barrels located at the front & rear entries of the school. Please consider these most needed foods and avoid donating items packaged in glass: Meals in a can (stew, chili, soup), Fruit Juices, Tuna/Canned Meat, Peanut Butter, Low Sugar Cereals, Canned Fruits and Vegetables. Please no refrigerated or frozen items. Please no leftovers from lunch bags or other perishable foods.

Thank you for your active participation!
