Hello parents,
Hope you’re gearing up for an awesome back-to-school season!
As previously mentioned, the PTA Back to School Campaign Packet is now live online. This packet is your one-stop-shop for everything related to getting back into the school groove. Here’s a quick rundown of what’s inside:
- PTA Membership: Joining the PTA gives you a voice in shaping the school’s direction. Plus, you’ll be part of a community that’s dedicated to making things better for our students.
- Donations: Your contributions make a big difference! They help support various programs, activities, and resources that enhance our kids’ educational experience. Curious about the allocation of these funds? Please refer to the attached pie chart for a detailed breakdown.
- Volunteering: If you’ve got time and energy to spare, we’d love your help. Volunteering is a fantastic way to be directly involved in school activities and events.
And here’s the extra scoop: We’re thrilled to announce a special fundraiser for an electronic marquee. This marquee will be a vibrant addition to our school, keeping everyone informed about upcoming events, important dates, and more. Your support will make this project a reality!
To dive into the Back to School Campaign Packet, just click the link below and fill out the form: https://paloverde.futurefund.com/registration
This is the same platform we used for ice-skating ticket sales. If you participated, your login details should be pre-populated. For those of you who are new to the platform, we recommend selecting the “Continue with Google” option if you have a Google account. And one parent per family should complete the form and can complete it for the entire family.
If you have any questions while filling out the PTA’s back-to-school packet, feel free to reach out to the auditor directly at Karsten@pvpta.org. And don’t miss the PDF flyer from PASS (Parent Advocates for Student Success) – it’s attached.
We’re eagerly looking forward to seeing you at the Popsicle and Peek event scheduled for tomorrow evening. See you all there!
Best,
Sina Ryu for PVPTA
